Extraction Process
Our Aloe Emodin Powder is extracted from Curacao aloe vera. The process involves hydrochloric acid extraction to obtain aloin hydrochloride solution, followed by ferric chloride oxidation to prepare aloe-emodin. The optimal process parameters include an oxidation reaction time of 6.68 h, a reaction temperature of 104.97°C, a hydrochloric acid concentration of 7.13 mol/L, and an oxidant amount of 16.69 g, resulting in a maximum conversion rate of 85.48%.
